Initial Oral Examination
Your initial oral examination includes a visual examination, charting, periodontal probing, diagnosis and treatment recommendations. We will also take x-rays, which includes the panoramic x-ray for proper diagnosis of the anterior (front) and posterior (back) teeth as well as the bite-wing x-ray series for proper diagnosis of proximal (between) decay of posterior teeth.
We will work with an implant specialist to create an implant for a missing single tooth, missing multiple teeth, or replace a removable appliance. We also have implant supported dentures that can often be done in one visit.
Our take home bleaching systems will give you great results in two weeks.
Crowns and Veneers
You can have a new smile with all-porcelain crowns (empressed material) on the front teeth. For the back teeth, we also have all porcelain, metal-free options available.
CEREC is a dental restoration that allows Dr. Baron to produce a crown using a variety of computer assisted technologies, including 3D photography and CAD/CAM (computer aided design/computer aided manufacturing). With CEREC, teeth can be restored in a single visit!
Tooth-colored fillings that are light cured to match your teeth. We remove amalgam (silver/mercury) fillings and replace them with new, tooth-colored fillings.
We perform root canals on anterior, premolars and molar teeth.
You should have a standard cleaning at least twice a year. Dr. John Baron is a leader in the effective treatment of periodonal disease. We are one of only 80 offices in the United States trained by the Center for Dental Medicine to treat periodontal disease (commonly known as “gum disease”). Whether you are an athlete or casual sports participant, you should wear a mouth guard to protect your teeth. If you grind your teeth while you sleep, a bite guard will help reduce symptoms of TMJ. We custom make mouth guards in both soft and hard materials.
Removable Dental Prosthesis
For missing teeth, we can make dentures or removable partials for you. We also can place small diameter implants to support a denture, often in just one visit.
